CHAPTER ONE
It was on a sunday afternoon,no church for me that day ,I sat on the stairs of my house,a self contain around the school premises.Thinking of my experiences with the people I came across in life .This story is a true life story ,a story of love.
My name is Jackson Adah Oche,aka Oj a final year microbiology student of the Benue state University,Makurdi. The last of a family of three ,two boys and a girl. My dad is late,he died when I was 6years old so its just mum and us.
I am the flirty type,so hearing people talk about love was something I always thought I wouldn't experience,little did i know I was going to experience it sooner in life.
It all started in my secondary school days,I was in SS2 then,a single school all boys,we were known for our intelligience, handsomeness and flirty lifestyle .Who dosnt know Mount saint Gabriel's Secondary school .
How I met my first love was a surprise ,it was through a friend. I can still remember vividly how it all happened.
Paulo as we all called him was my best friend,very good with girls,a party freak. So We were gisting after school one day and walking home
Me:Paulo howfa nau?
Paulo:oboi I dey,how ur side?
Me: fine ..werin the sup nau ?
Paulo : oj nothing serious,remember that party ? The one wey go sup for Wine bar tomorrow night...
Me : yes,werin happen ?
Paulo : my babe say she go show,and she go carry one of her friend come. Me : ahbi e make sense,who she the bring sef ?

Me:which Becky ?
Paulo : oboi thunder fire you,how many Becky u sabi .
Rebecca was her name buh everyone knew her as Becky.The most pretty girl In Areco model College,a school known for its waywardness and exam malpractice .She had this figure eight kinda shape and fair in complexion,every nigga's dream girl. I have never met Becky one on one before,we just glance at each other most at times during inter-school debate .She was one of the girls in my list of New female friends to be,so I was really happy at that moment.

Paulo: oj I no get her number fa..but she dey 2go,her username na pinkybeck01.
2go was one of the popular social media then,so Immediately I brought out my fone,I was using nokia C3 ,I logged on 2go and added her. I and Paulo talked about other stuffs before we parted ways,since we weren't leaving close.That night I was chatting with my friends on 2go when pinkybeck01 appeared online.I started thinking of ways to start a good convo,viewed her DP,and her pic sent chills straight into my body,what a beautiful damsel she was .I decided to start a convo anyhow.

Me: how are you doing

Mehn see discouragement ,she no even ask how I dey.You know girls with online attitude,it wasn't something new so I continued

Omoh...me wey neva confuse for that kind question before,I jst confuse .Started thinking of what to tell her.Should I lie to her ? Or Just tell her the truth,that her friend's BF gave me her username?..anyway I made up my mind to tell her the truth .

Nawoa ...I jst taya ,girls and kk.I told her goodnyt and went offline so I wouldn't look desperate and since am still going to see her at the party the next day no big deal .

I couldn't wait for the next day,I even slept and woke up twice thinking its morning already.Finally I heard my name Jackson,Jackson.I sprung out from my bed ,it was Ene my sis calling me from the kitchen.I walked towards her.
Ene: so you don't know you are supposed to go to school today ahbi
Me: I know nau sis..let me jst have one of those fried plantain first before I bath.
Ene : before I open my eyes and close them you should be getting ready for school
And I was feeling very hungry,my sister's plantain was something you will eat and never get satisfied buh what could I have done? I just left her side and went straight to take my bath,brushed my teeth,ate and left for school.
At school I met paulo,we chatted aliitle about last night experience with Becky on 2go.The dude just the laugh me .
Me: oboi stop laugh jhoor...that Becky of a girl get attitude ahswear.
Paulo: naso them they do...
Me : ahbi...so when we dey ball the party na.
Paulo :Around 6 pm so we go come house early.
Me :okk ..so u go come house shey...so u go help me tell mumsy howfa ..u know how e dey be.
Paulo :okk na
One,two before I will say jack and Jill ,it was 5:30 Paulo was already in my house .He talked to my mum,scoping her while I was preparing in my room. I wnted wearing an allstars shoe but because of Becky,I went for A black hightop shoe with black jean trouser and a red polo to look like a big boy .
We left home around pass 6,arrived there with a few number of people at the party.I was wondering if the party was really going to hold but before long the place started getting filled up with all manner of persons.
We sat at one corner of the room with two bottles of Origin,when two girls stepped inside,I recognised one of the girls as Paulo's GF and the other one looks familiar .BeCky it was,looking all beautiful with her short red gown.Paulo waved and they noticed us,we were all sitting together ,after introduction I drew closer to Becky ,told her about last night and before long we started chatting like old friends.She told me about her self.
The only daughter of a doctor ,how nice I thought but then she told me something else and I jst kept wondering how and when am going to get her,it Could take me years who knows .she said she was a deeper life member,Ahhh I was shocked ,she read my face and told me that she never wanted to come, that it was her friend who persuaded her.Okay that's good I replied her .Time for dancing,she refused so I jst sat beside her gisting.it was a great night and I went home with a smilling face. Finally I have talked to Becky,what next I thought as I lay to sleep .
